About the Author
Lauren Cowen has written for numerous magazines and newspapers, including Chicago Magazine, Philadelphia Magazine, the Chicago Tribune Magazine, and the Philadelphia Inquirer Sunday Magazine. Her investigative work earned her one of journalism's highest honors, the Sigma Delta Chi gold medal. She lives near Chicago. Jayne Wexler is a photographer whose portraits appear regularly in Vanity Fair, Glamour, and People, as well as in advertisements. Her other books with Lauren Cowen include Girlfriends and Daughters & Mothers, a New York Times bestseller. She lives in New York City with her husband and son.
