Nicolai has performed and created installations in many of the world's most prestigious spaces. About the Author Born 1965 in Karl-Marx-Stadt, Carsten Nicolai now lives in Berlin and Chemnitz. He has performaed and created installations in many of the worlds most pretigious spaces including the Guggenheim NYC, MOMA SF, MOMA Oxford and NTT Tokyo. He is also member of the exceptional label, Raster Noton, responsible for the acclaimed CD series "20 to 2000" that went on to win the Prix Ars Electronica 2000.
