About the Author
Brian Solomon is a freelance writer, photographer, and editor who has had a lifelong passion for the railroad. After earning a degree in photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology, he spent several years as a professional photographer in California, before serving a two-year stint as editor of Pacific Rail News. He is the author of two new books on railway stations and trains of the old west. He lives in Monson, Massachusetts.
